Do Not Defraud

    Home Back

Defraud means to deprive by deceptive ways or methods. It means to cheat by trickery. It means to abuse by trickery, cheating or deception. It means to violate and defraud the rules of God and man by dishonesty in lying. It means to swindle victims with lies in dishonesty with empty promises and deceit by con artist reaching to the highest levels within most governments. Vine’s Expository documents the word deceit occurs 53 times in the Bible using the Hebrew word (saw’). The translation of this Hebrew word in scripture is defined as deceit; deception; malice; falsity; vanity; emptiness.  Read now and deeply absorb what our Lord God instructed the Messiah, Jesus (Hebrew ‘Yeshua’) Christ to say as recorded in the book of Mark.

Mark 10:19 : NKJV : You know the commandments: Do not commit adultery: ‘Do not murder’ ‘ Do not steal’, ‘Do not bear false witness’, ‘Do not defraud’, ‘Honor your father and your mother’.

Christ Jesus, the Messiah spoke these words to the rich young man who was deceitful in thinking he was righteous and acceptable to God. The defrauding religious teachers of that era cheated the minds of their followers with vanity/vain worthless deceit for acceptability in the Kingdom come was just to keep all the Commandments plus their rules. These deceptive empty promises demanded hundreds of their own rules not contained in the Bible, the Word of God. These many, but different vain/worthless manmade rules have expanded to this day. These rules and regulations are now choking the hundreds of different denominations and other religions within this evil world. Thereby, they defraud their followers into believing and keeping other Bible absent and lacking rules. Their vain falsities violate God’s rules with empty promises, meaning deceitful lies, attempting to swindle entrance into the Kingdom come.

Christ did not completely reject being wealthy or rich with material possessions. His emphasis was that material possessions prevented the rich young man from trusting fully in our Lord God to follow HIS will. The obsession with wealth becomes an idol of worship and cannot allow complete faithful trust in the will of our Creator. This greed in itself is idolatry ** Colossians 3:5:

Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire (as gluttony, greed), and covetousness (meaning greed), which is idolatry.

Psalm 31:6: KJV: I have hated them that regard lying vanities (vain idols; including evil desire, meaning greed, as well as carved/graven images (Exodus 20:4), but I trust in the Lord.

Jonah 2:8-10: NKJV: Those who regard worthless idols (vain, defrauding our Lord God) forsake their own Mercy. But I will sacrifice to YOU with the voice of thanksgiving. I will pay what I have vowed. Salvation is of the Lord. So the Lord spoke to the fish, and it vomited Jonah onto dry land.

Jonah had turned down the command from God (Jonah 1:2) to preach repentance to the wicked Ninevites (the Arab enemies nowadays in Iraq). As punishment, the Lord cast him out of HIS sight in the belly of the fish for three days and three nights (Jonah 1:17, Matthew 12:40, Luke 11:29).

In past lessons, it has been documented that Jonah was in the belly of the fish for three days and three nights.  The Messiah, Christ Jesus was in the belly of the earth the same amount of time as  the Word was God (John 1:1) personally prophesied and was resurrected on the 7th day Sabbath before sundown, which begins the first day of the week (Genesis 1:5). The year 31 A.D., was the year the Holy Lamb of God laid down HIS life in sacrifice to shed blood for mankind’s sins. Christ was in the tomb before sundown on the afternoon before the high Sabbath day Passover Thursday (John 19:31).  Sadly, most of mankind is defrauding our God in Heaven above by teaching idolatry with regard to worthless idols and lying vanities. Mankind is therefore defrauded by the vanity of brilliant minds into believing the Messiah was sacrificed on Friday evening and risen a day and a half, about 32 hours, later at sunrise Sunday. Note: The clock of our God says: The dawning of Sunday and every day are the setting sun on Saturday and every day. The clock of man defrauds and confuses man for it is the clock of the devil, Satan.

What kind of foolish math is this? The truth of the Bible teaches three days and three nights is 72 hours. Surely, the devil, the father of liars (John 8:44) has blinded these brilliant minds into defrauding our Lord God… Jonah, in the belly of the fish, in the belly of Sheol (death) and was delivered to come alive after a long prayer of repentance Jonah 2:1-9. Verse nine speaks clearly: Salvation is of the Lord!  With true faith, which is not visible and strong belief you also can likely have the miracle gift of life after death. You can likely escape this evil world which does not believe the impossible.

Mark 10:26-27: And they (disciples) were greatly astonished, saying among themselves: Who then can be saved? But Jesus looked at them and said: With men it is impossible, but not with God, for with God all things are possible. ** The rich young man asked Jesus for something more he could do besides keeping all the commandments (Exodus chapter 20 and Leviticus 23:2-44). Jesus gave the rich young man the message he and most of this greedy world do not wish to hear. ** Mark 10:21: Jesus looking at him, loved him, and said to him:  One thing you lack. Go your way, sell whatever you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven, and come, take up the cross, and follow ME. ** The rich young man went away sad with an empty heart. His rich but empty heart did not understand that our Creator opened the door for him to the soon coming Kingdom. However, he and most of this world are not willing to submit to all God’s rules, HIS laws, and HIS constitution and HIS covenants. Our Creator wants all of you in every aspect of your short visit on HIS world. The key to the Kingdom come is to give all of you, for all of you belong to our Lord God.

Ecclesiastes 12:13-14: Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God and keep HIS commandments, for this is man’s all. For God will bring every work into judgment, including every secret thing, whether good or evil.          ** Be blessed until we meet again!
