Our Generation

Home

There is a generation that is pure in its own eyes, yet is not washed from its (own) filthiness. (Proverbs 30:12, NKJV)

King Solomon wrote these words of our God’s wisdom a thousand years before the first coming of the Messiah, Christ Jesus. The filthiness of that generation then and now has multiplied even thousands of ten thousands greater than before. The filth Father God is telling mankind is the out of control sin of hate. Satan’s world preaches trespass of the righteousness against the perfect and holy living God of love. Our huge current generation believes a portion of God’s holy word but fall short of the righteousness bestowed upon Abraham and many of his descendants. His daughter in law, Rebekah received a blessing as she was sent away with her nurse and Abraham’s faithful servant and men.

Genesis 24:60 ** .And they blessed Rebekah and said to her: “Our sister, may you become the mother of thousands of ten thousands. And may your descendants possess the gates of those who hate you”.  ** Our Father God opened the gates of heaven for those few that seek the righteousness of God like Abraham by following the commandments of love which will continue forever into the soon coming new heaven and earth. The righteousness of God and His son Jesus is faithfulness and truthfulness. No other living human except the Messiah can fully possess this privilege until spiritual transformation and establishment of the Kingdom of Heaven in this fallen world with its filthiness of sin. The world continues to be deceived to think they are righteous but fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23).  The world continues to be told by the teachers of the law that people should follow the rules of man.  By doing this, the teachers declare and proclaim people will be saved from this crumbling unrighteous world. This teaching is wicked deceitful rules by the adversary instead of the word of God’s command to follow all the rules and laws.

Isaiah 64:6: But we are all like an unclean thing and all our righteousness are like filthy rags; we all fade as a leaf, and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.  ***Romans 3:23, again ** .For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. ** The gates of heaven are open to all descendants of Abraham (all mankind).  However, the evil adversary world of God hater’s persists for they have not attained the love of Agape (God’s Holy Love) in faithfulness and righteousness.  A few attain the love of Phileo (brotherly love) which is on the road to Agape, but fall short with the lies and deceit of the god of this world (Satan). ** John 1:17: For the law was given through Moses but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. ** In John 3:17, Jesus said: For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through HIM might be saved. ** Again, in John 5:34, Jesus said: Yet I do not receive testimony from man, but I say these things that you may be saved. ** Jesus told the rich young man in Matthew 19:17b, saying: If you want to enter into life, keep the commandments. ** Jesus then began quoting the Ten spoken by Father God who will not speak again until the return of the Messiah to rescue his chosen to establish, law, order and peace.

Who then can be saved?  When the Messiah told the rich young man to sell his possessions, give to the poor and follow HIM, the disciples were astonished.  They were astonished because they believed just keeping the commandments made all people righteous. The messiah pointed out the rich young man was found lacking for eternal life in the Kingdom for disobedience to all (James 2:10) the rules/ laws. (Read Matthew 19:16-25). ** The greed of the rich young man points to the entire world in this age. He was lacking for love of the poor brethren in need which is disobedience. True obedience means we walk as the messiah with genuine love of compassion (1 Peter 3:8). We must imitate HIM as HE imitates the agape love in Joel 2:13. As mankind was made in the image of God, we must strive for HIS empathy which is compassion for distressed, destitute brethren (1 Thessalonians 4:9 and Joshua 1:14b.

Who then can be saved?  Jesus looked at the astonished disciples in Matthew 19:26, saying: With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.  ** To believe in Jesus Christ means to do what HE says. It means to move your feet and show God the true love, HIS strong love of agape to help your brethren. It means to love your brother as yourself. It means to imitate agape love by: Return to ME with all your heart, with fasting, with weeping and with mourning (Joel 2:12).  Finally, all of you be of one mind, loving compassion for one another, love as brothers, be tenderhearted, be courteous (1 Peter 3:8).

Needless to say, it is impossible for mankind to follow these Bible sayings without help from the Holy Spirit of God. The very first and final step is to get close to God in humility by talking to Him daily in prayer. Pray without ceasing (I Thessalonians 5:18). Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much (James 5:16). Return to frequent quoting of the Lord’s Prayer which was taught by Jesus. Matthew 6:12 tells us to ask forgiveness of our sins, saying: And forgive us our debts (trespasses, sins), as we forgive our debtors.  ** The Holy Spirit will promptly let the chosen know of displeasing the father, but many adversaries may curse you behind your back for teaching or walking in our Lord God’s truth.

Believe the truth of God’s word, repent, be baptized and be made holy by constantly asking for the helping hand of the spirit!
