Law of Christ

Galatians 6:2 ** Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

The apostle Paul wrote these words in his early ministry before his first imprisonment. Galatia then was a Roman province which is now in central Turkey. The first two verses in chapter one speaks words of power, saying, “Paul, an apostle (not from men nor through man, but through Jesus Christ and God the Father who raised HIM from the dead), and all the brethren who are with me, to the churches of Galatia”.

When we were raised from the dead in humble repentance, we were called by God to become carrying the cross of Yeshua, Jesus Christ the Messiah. We should have started our new life to carry the burdens of one another. This new life is the love of God (Yahweh) instead of the vicious hate of the current god (Satan) of this evil world of hate. When others disapprove of us when we know our God graciously approves, we must close our eyes to their disapproval.  We must frequently and with regularity examine our own quality of love to reach out lifting up the burdens of brethren to fulfill the law of Christ. The law of Christ is not restricted to just one culture but to all mankind. One characteristic of those who follow Christ must be to care for the poor (Galatians 2:10). This includes even others who cannot or do not know how to care for themselves.

Is a glass 50 percent full only, or half empty or only half full?  It is both and symbolically only half way to the Promised Land. We cannot move forward without the pillar of fire at night to light the way (Exodus 13:21). This is the light out of darkness in the wilderness of this evil world and represents the coming Messiah from heaven to light the way with the pillar of truth (the Word, the entire Bible). When we carry each other’s burdens, we complete and finish filling up the half empty glass of mankind’s burdens which began at the fall of man in the Garden. Therefore, a complete fill up, may take many years of labor, effort and faith to complete the law of Christ.  Only then will we be allowed to remain in the Kingdom of Heaven. Without first having true faith to keep all the commandments of love, we are condemned to the second death for disobedience.

The law points out our sins which will not allow us to become righteous before Yahweh, Father God until we first have faith and works as did Abraham (Hebrews 11:17, James 2:17-26). Once we have true faith, we must humble ourselves in repentance each time we stumble. We can then ask for strength to overcome and not repeatedly sin for which there is no more holy blood to purify your sickness of wickedness (Hebrews 10:26).

One of the greatest sicknesses of wickedness has been instituted by the temporary god (Satan) of this world to make mankind think they are righteous before God by doing a portion of HIS Holy commandments of men such as celebrating the coming Easter holiday. This holiday is of pagan origin and was celebrated many centuries before the coming of the Messiah, Yeshua Christ Jesus. The history of Easter has simply replaced the commanded bible feast of Passover (Exodus 12:11, Numbers 9:14, Deuteronomy 16:2, Luke 22:8,11, Hebrews 11:28, etcetera). The pagan tradition of Easter is woven shamefully into Easter eggs, bunnies that arrive with the renewed resurrection of life in spring. The prophet Ezekiel warned of the coming judgment on Israel and other nations (entire world) which continues to this day by turning away from the commandments of Yahweh, our one and only God of Israel.  The Spirit of the Lord showed Ezekiel the desecration of the temple/ church, the ‘idol of jealously’ in Ezekiel 8:3. Historical records indicate this is surely the pagan Canaanite fertility goddess Asherah (2 Kings 21:7). This pagan Canaanite fertility goddess is related to the Babylonian goddess Ishtar. She was the Goddess of Love which instills jealously, thus, creating hate. She was worshipped more than two thousand years before the Messiah. Her lover ‘Tammuz’ is mentioned as abominations (a detestable thing) in the temple/church of our Lord God as women mourned for him (Ezekiel 8:14).

Just as women mourned at the lifting up of the Messiah on Calvary, these women mourned for Tammuz to come alive with an annual celebration each year in spring. The timing with the vernal equinox is therefore, also the pagan resurrection of life.  In Ezekiel 8:16 our Lord God showed Ezekiel even more abominations in the inner court of the temple/church. This more abomination was about 25 men with their backs to the temple/church of the Lord and their faces toward the east bowing down to the rising sun in the east.  Therefore, ‘Pagan Easter’ has been adopted by man to throw out the holy word of God.  Worshipping of the sun foretold the present pagan day of worship of Sunday, the day of the sun god. Worship on Easter Sunday is a double abomination thing to our Lord God of Abraham, Isaac and Israel.  The first day of the week and Easter has never been commanded as a Sabbath day in the Bible. The seventh day and Passover are two of the seven commanded Sabbaths of the Lord that will endure forever (Leviticus, chapter 23, and many other chapters).

Yeshua, Jesus Christ the Messiah in Mark 7:9, said, “All too well you reject the commandment of God, that you may keep your tradition”.     ** Is your glass half empty?  Join a Messianic Church of God that will teach you commanded Sabbaths of God and lead you Home with a full glass to fulfill the law of Christ!
