No Escape

Hebrews 12:25-26**. See that you do not refuse Him (God) who speaks. For if they (Children of Israel) did not escape who refused Him who spoke on earth, much more shall we not escape if we turn away from Him who speaks from heaven (Words of Bible). Whose voice then shook the earth (Exodus 19:18-19).

Our God used His own seed of Abraham that he brought out of Egypt with a mighty hand to set an example that there is no escape when the voice of God speaks from heaven with His words of power and life or death. The mighty voice of God answered Moses on Mount Sinai with the blasting trumpet sound of announcing His arrival.  The chosen people of our Lord refused to continue listening to His powerful words of love.  In Exodus 20, verse 19-20 the people spoke to Moses, saying, “You speak with us and we will hear; but let not God speak with us, lest we die.” And Moses said to the people, “Do not fear; for God has come to test you, and that His fear may be before you, so that you may not sin.” ** This is how the Bible was born!  Our Lord spoke to the prophets and again to His disciples when our Lord sent His only son, the Messiah, to earth as the perfect holy lamb to forever atone for those that keep all his commandments. This is how our Creator God speaks to the entire world in this age. The entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation speaks but who has time to read, study or even believe His holy words?

The Hebrews failed the test after 40 years of testing in the wilderness and all perished (millions) over age 20 except two chosen leaders (Joshua and Caleb).  Our Lord speaks through Moses in Numbers 14: 22:24, saying, “Because all these men who have seen MY glory and the signs which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have put ME to the test now these ten times, and have not heeded MY voice. They certainly shall not see the land of which I swore to their fathers, nor shall any of those who rejected ME see it. But MY servant Caleb, because he has a different spirit in him and has followed ME fully. I will bring into the land where he went, and his descendants shall inherit it.  ** Caleb the son of Jephunneh and Joshua, son of Nun were apparently the only survivors that departed Egypt.

Our Lord used His own chosen people to set the example that we must obey His words of the entire Bible which speaks to mankind.  At the sound of the first trumpet announcing our Lord’s arrival in Exodus 19:19, there is no escape for refusing to obey the commands of our Lord.  The carcasses of man will fall just as the disobedient children of Israel in the wilderness. These will occur at the sound of the last trumpet which is number seven in Revelation 11:15, saying, “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and His Christ, and HE shall reign forever and ever!”    ** At the sound of the last trumpet, in the twinkling of an eye, the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed (full spirit body). (1 Corinthians 15:52). Those who keep all the commandments of love will inherit the promises of the Promised Land Canaan which is symbolic for heaven and eternal life. In 1 Thessalonians 4: 17 we have the comfort of the return of the Messiah, Y’shua Christ Jesus who will raise all the dead in Christ, saying, “Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.”  ** This verse reminds us that those that keep all our Lord’s commandments will be changed into spirit beings and will not be harmed as we are pulled out of the fire and brimstone as the wicked become stubble upon a destroyed earth. Know therefore that the Lord your God is God. He is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep HIS commands. But those who hate HIM, HE will repay to their face by destruction…..Deuteronomy 7:9-10…..Be warned, the Day of the Lord is soon coming!

Romans 8:16-17 advises that as God’s children we have become heirs of God and joint-heirs of Christ and we may also share in His Glory. The glory of our Lord is for His children to live in a new heaven and new earth which is sin free as the first Adam in the Garden of Eden. The Messiah, Y’shua Christ Jesus taught his disciples the Lord’s Prayer that they and us should pray. These words in Matthew 6:10, say, “Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” ** The new heaven and new earth will become all new on earth and without sin as the present kingdom of our Lord in heaven is sin free.  The words Christ spoke to John in Revelation 21:1 said, “Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea.”  Verse 3 said, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men and He will dwell with them and they shall be His people. God Himself with be with them and be their God.  Verse 7 said, “He who overcomes (by keeping all His commandments) shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he will be MY son (joint-heirs with Jesus Christ).  ** The glory of the New Jerusalem is described in the balance of chapter 21. In chapter 22, the River of life is described with the tree of life, which was in the Garden of Eden will be on either side. The River of Life proceeds from the throne of God and of the Lamb (Christ) who is the first born of woman to become eternal children of our God.  **                                                                                                          Cry out now to the Lord your God even with sincere tears of regret in your eyes! Tell Him you are sorry with sincere repentance to wash you with the Holy blood of His Lamb who laid down his life as the Passover Lamb so He will have Holy sin free brothers in the Kingdom of God which is soon coming!  Ask the Lord to help you overcome by demonstrating your love in keeping all His Ten commandments placed inside the Arc of the covenant to remain forever. The Book of the Law of Moses was placed beside the Arc as a witness against the Hebrews (Deuteronomy 31:26) but the Holy Passover Lamb (Christ Jesus) replaced it as the eternal and compassionate High Priest of God.  Hebrews 4:14 says, “Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession”.  Confess your sins even now, for tomorrow may be too late!  May the Lord be with you forever!
