The Wonders

The Truth

Daniel 6:27: NKJV: He delivers and rescues, and HE works signs and wonders in heaven and on earth, who has delivered Daniel from the power of the lions.

When the faithful servants of God are in trouble, He rescues. The wonders and signs of God are beyond comprehension. Daniel set the example for mankind to fear God, love God, trust God and worship only God. The wonders and signs of God in the book of Daniel is a bridge from the old covenant to the new covenant.

Hebrews 8:6-7: But now He (Christ) has obtained a more excellent ministry, inasmuch as He is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises. For if that first covenant had been faultless, then no place would have been sought for a second.

Exodus 19:8: Then all the people answered together and said: All that the Lord has spoken we will do… * A new covenant was necessary for the people rebelled against the eternal laws of God. Therefore, as many as three million died in the desert. * Hebrews: 8:9b….

Because they did not continue in MY covenant, and I disregarded them, says the Lord. * The laws of God are eternal: Malachi 3:6: For I am the Lord, I do not change; therefore you are consumed, O sons of Jacob *. Ten Commandments, the laws of love, life and eternity were quickly broken by the sons of Jacob

Most of the Gentile world became sons of Jacob. The ten tribes of Israel were exiled into the Gentile world, intermixed and few returned (722 B. C.). Daniel went into captivity 136 years later (586 B.C). Daniel completed his purpose for God and never returned to Jerusalem. He is at rest in the sleep of death. * Daniel 12:13: But you (Daniel) go your way till the end; for you shall rest and will arise to your inheritance at the end of the days. *. Rest is for the people of God.

Hebrews 4:9-10: There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered HIS rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from HIS (Genesis 2:2-3). * As a Spirit, God requires no rest. The Sabbath day rest (Hebrew: Shabat) is for mankind. It is proclaimed about 70 times in the Old Testament (Tanakh). Additionally and exclusively, rest for the seventh day Sabbath is listed eleven times as Sabbaton (Exodus 16:23, 31:15, Leviticus 16:31, 23, 3, 24:8-9 and more). God proclaimed a future for mankind in Jeremiah 31:31-34.

Jeremiah 31:33-34: But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel (entire world) after those days, says the Lord: I will put MY law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be MY people…..For I will forgive their iniquity and their sin I will remember no more

The New Testament (covenant, agreement) is a bridge to enter the kingdom of God. The agreement to keep the Ten Commandments is proclaimed in Exodus, chapter 20 and Deuteronomy, chapter 5. The Ten Commandments do not mention eternal life. However, Romans 3:20b… For by the law is the knowledge of sin. * Romans 7:12: Therefore, the law is holy, and the commandment holy just and good. *  1 Timothy 1:8-9: But we know that the law is good if one uses it lawfully, knowing this; that the law is not made for a righteous person, but for the lawless and insubordinate, for the ungodly and for sinners, for the unholy and profane… * The sacrifice of the Lamb of God (Messiah, Christ Jesus), bridged the gap to life. The bridge to life and love is sealed with the gift and power of the Holy Spirit to overcome evil by obedience to the law of God. * John 14:15: If you love Me, keep MY commandments.

The Ten Commandments are the law of heaven. Satan and a third of the angels were cast to earth for greed (covetousness) which is adultery (Colossians 3:5). Satanic evil deceives the whole world (Read Luke 10:18, Revelation 9:1, 12:9). All the Ten Commandments are eternal and will be fully restored at the second coming of Messiah. The law of animal sacrifice has virtually disappeared since destruction of the temple in 70 A.D. Messiah; Christ Jesus is the eternal Priest.

Hebrews 7:24-25: But HE (Christ), because HE continues forever, has an unchangeable priesthood. Therefore HE is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through HIM, since HE always lives to make intercession for them. . The original Greek translation for Hebrews 8:13, follows:

Hebrews 8:13: Interlinear Bible: In the saying, “New”, HE has made the first old. And the thing having been made old and growing aged is near disappearing. * Jewish Bible, JNTP, New Catholic Edition (1957) and other modern translations validates the Old Covenant is aged and near disappearing. The addition of the word obsolete in some translations is not in the original Greek. Yet, each translation validates the law is still is in effect

Be blessed until we meet again. I remain your brother in Christ.
