Good Will

    Home Back

Romans 12:2-3: NKJV: I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dwelt to each one a measure of faith.

Only by the mercy of God can we become holy and acceptable. With the gift of guidance and power when God provides the Holy Spirit we develop a mindset acceptable to God. This mindset allows us to change our way of thinking to the Most Holy. Only then can we begin to think as God thinks. However, few people have the good will to become immersed in water followed by the lay on of hands. This gift is one of the greatest gifts from God. The awesome gift of the Holy Spirit takes residence in our mind to do good will which is acceptable to God. This awesome gift gives strength, wisdom and the will to turn from the standards of this sinful world which has the mindset of Satan the devil. We can overcome this sinful mindset as Abraham overcame by complete obedience to God.

Genesis 15:6: And he (Abraham) believed in the Lord, and HE (God) accounted it to him for righteousness. * Galatians 4:7: Therefore know that only those who are of faith are sons of Abraham (Romans 4:3, also). * James 2:26: For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. * Abraham worked as obedience to God.

Psalm 32:1-2: Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. Blessed is the man to whom the Lord does not impute iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no deceit. * Psalm 32:8: *I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with MY eye. * God will instruct and teach you with the power and strength of the Holy Spirit. The Israel of God is currently a growing number of Gentiles who walk as obedient sons of Abraham. This became possible with the sacrifice of Messiah, Christ Jesus (Emmanuel, God with us, Isaiah 7:14). In the Old Testament (Tanakh) a meager few prophets and other holy people were sealed with the Holy Spirit of God. Without the sacrifice of holy blood from the kingdom of God, no person is able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Few in this age also are able to stand for the ruler of darkness continues to this day.

Ephesians 6: 12: For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places (the father of liars and demons – John 8:44). * James 1:14-17: But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full grown, brings forth death. Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.

The shadow of greed from the father of liars is displayed by most people of the world that think they have the Holy Spirit of God. The shadow of greed from Satan becomes a full blown spirit of the world. Satan placed a claim on the world in the Garden of Eden with untruth. The innocence of Adam and Eve quickly turned to the evil desire of greed. This gift of greed from Satan exists to this day. Thereby, true repentance falters and blossoms into death as evil desires mature. Sin becomes like terminal cancer!  Within the ages, mankind has developed their own feasts that are not the feasts of the Lord.

Leviticus 23:2…The feasts of the Lord, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, these are MY feasts. * The next 42 verses are proclaimed holy convocations which a deceived world continues to disobey (validated in Revelation 12:9). At the return of Christ Jesus an irrevocable choice for obedience to obtain life must be made.

Zechariah 14:12: And this shall be the plague with which the Lord will strike all people who fought against Jerusalem: Their flesh shall dissolve while they stand on their feet. Their eyes shall dissolve in their sockets, and their tongues shall dissolve in their mouths. * Zechariah 14:16-17: And it shall come to pass that everyone who is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles (booths, Leviticus 23:39-43). And is shall be that whichever of the families of the earth do not come up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, on them there will be no rain.

The Holy validated Feast of Tabernacles represents the one thousand year rule of Christ on earth (Matthew 6:10: Your kingdom come, YOUR will be done on earth as it is in heaven.) and the newborn Spirit children (firstfruits) of God. The opportunity for salvation will be offered to all during the one thousand year rule of Christ (validated in Revelation 20:4, Isaiah 2:1-4). The 22nd day of the seventh month portrays the judgment of most of mankind resurrected to mortal life and offered the opportunity for salvation (Leviticus 23:36, Ezekiel 17:1-4, Revelation 20:5, 11-12, Matthew 23:41-42).

Matthew 12:41-42: The men of Nineveh (Gentiles) will rise up in the judgment with this generation and condemn it, because they repented at the preaching of Jonah; and indeed a greater than Jonah is here. The queen of the south (Sheba, a Gentile, 1 Kings 10:1-10) will rise up in the judgment with this generation and condemn it, for she came from the ends of the earth to hear the Wisdom of Solomon; and indeed a greater than Solomon is here.

At the coming of Christ, only His children with the seal of the Holy Spirit are born again as spirits. Only the firstfruits have the first secure promise to live and reign with Christ for a thousand years (Revelation 20:4). Revelation 20:5: But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.  *  Be blessed until we meet again.
