Unchangeable

Hebrews: 6:17-18: Thus God, determining to show more abundantly to the heirs of promise the immutability of HIS counsel, confirmed it by an oath, that by two immutable (unchangeable) things, in which it is impossible for God to lie (bear false witness, Exodus 20:16), we might have strong consolation (courage), who has fled for refuge to lay hold of the hope set before us.

The Messiah, Jesus Christ is the eternal priest of God Most High (Genesis 14:18, Psalms 110:4, Hebrews 5:9-10). As the end of the age approaches, the unchangeable Messiah of truth is rapidly gathering HIS heirs of promise. These are the elect who have the courage to lay hold of the hope set before us. These are the growing family of our unchangeable God. These are the elect that strives to become righteous to keep HIS way (commandments).

Psalm 37:34: Wait on the Lord, and keep HIS way, and HE shall exalt you to inherit the land; when the wicked are cut of, you shall see it. * Verse 37-38: Mark the blameless man, and observe the upright; for the future of that man is peace. But the transgressors shall be destroyed together; the future of the wicked shall be cut off. *The blameless and upright will be harvested to receive the mark of God.  At resurrection they will live and reign with Christ for one thousand years (read Revelation 20:4). These are harvested brothers, sisters and mothers of Christ who have done the will of God (read Mark 3:35, Matthew 12:50). The rest of mankind will be harvested later for judgment since they do not believe in keeping the seven commanded harvest feasts of the Lord (Leviticus 23:4-44).

Leviticus 23:2: Speak to the children of Israel (entire world), and say to them: The feasts of the Lord, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, these are MY feasts. * Romans 9 24-26 Even us who HE called, not of the Jews only, but also the Gentiles? As HE (God) says also in Hosea… And it shall come to pass in the place where it was said to them, you are not MY people; there they shall be called sons of the living God. * The entire world is the seed of Jacob for ten tribes of his seed were exiled and mingled into the world in 722 BC. This was more than 700 years than before Christ began HIS ministry in Judah.

Genesis 22:17: Blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply your descendants as the stars of the heaven and as the sand which is on the seashore, and your descendants shall possess the gate of their enemies. In your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed MY voice. * God spoke these words to Abraham whose seed was Jacob, later called Israel. The seed of Israel greatly multiplied after 430 years in Egypt. The exodus from Egypt began the salvation plan of God with the first spring barley harvest of Passover as the blood of the lamb pointed to the holy blood of Christ as firstfruit. The second commanded harvest was the Feast of Unleavened Bread which represented the sin free life of Christ and to train people to remove sin. The third commanded harvest, the Feast of Pentecost indicates how God is harvesting sons of the living God (more firstfruit sons) for eternal life in HIS Kingdom.

Numbers 28:25-26: And on the seventh day you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work. Also on the day of the firstfruits, when you bring a new grain offering to the Lord at your Feast of Weeks (Pentecost, Hebrew: Shavuot), you shall have a holy convocation (High Sabbath day, John 19:31), you shall do no customary work. * Pentecost initiated the gift of the Holy Spirit for a meager harvest of souls in earnest. Before Pentecost Christ breathed a portion of the Holy Spirit to ten disciples for Thomas was not with them. * John 20-21-22: So Jesus said to them again: Peace to you! As the Father has sent ME, I also send you. And when HE had said this, HE breathed on them, and said to them: Receive the Holy Spirit.

Acts 1:15-17: And in those days (before Pentecost) Peter stood up in the midst of the disciples (altogether the number of names was about a hundred and twenty), and said: Men and brethren, this Scripture had to be fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit spoke before by the mouth of David concerning Judas, who became a guide to those who arrested Jesus; for he was numbered with us and obtained a part in this ministry. * Verse 20: For it is written in the Book of Psalms (69:25-26): Let his dwelling place be desolate and let no one live in it; and, Let another take his office.*. On the day of Pentecost, thousands were gathered in one accord as commanded by the Word of God.

Acts 2:4: And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues (languages) as the Spirit gave them utterance. * The gift of the full Holy Spirit has been minimal to this day. Elijah, Moses, Peter and Paul had power of the Holy Spirit but not the full power in this life (read Matthew 24:22). Only Christ set an example for this power * Luke 7:22: Jesus answered and said to them: Go and tell John the things you have seen and heard; that the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised; the poor have the gospel preached to them. * The elementary principles, the bottom line of the gospel law of God is to develop agape love. A similitude of Christ can be achieved after repentance, strong faith, belief and trust with immersion in water and the lay on of hands (Acts 8:14-17, Hebrews 6:2).

Hebrews 6:1-3: Therefore, leaving the discussion of the elementary principles of Christ, let us go on to perfection, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, of the doctrine of baptisms, of laying on of hands, of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment, and this we will do if God permits. * Be blessed until we meet again.
